This upcoming Monday May 14th the El Monte FESD High school will host the second BIE conference of the Collegiate Cup organized by ASIS Global Spain in Málaga in this 2018 edition. The High school , which will also host the “2018 Pequecopa” (U13 competition) on June 10th, will benefit of the wealth of experience of High profile protaganists. Former Unicaja Malaga star captain, Dani Romero, will share his insights in regards the state of today’s basketball in regards youth development and combining sports with academics. Anicet Lavodrama, emblematic former ACB league center and Director of the Malaga 2018 Collegiate Cup for the second consecutive year will complement the conference with his strong points on the development of young people through the values intrinsic to sports.
The third participant is renown dietitian and nutritionist, Francisco Jaime Muñoz, who has been working with top level sports clubs Málaga CF, Unicaja CB and Granada CF, in profesional high performance . Francisco Jaime Muñoz will raise the awareness of the students and their teachers as to the importance of good nutrition for sports and a detailed coverage on all the food groups families and young athletes should be familiar with while striving to be athletes and students.
The conference will start at 10H30 AM, and will count on the support and sponsorship of Obra Social La Caixa, Seguros Santa Lucía, Bifrutas, Euroliga, Wibo, NBN23, Asis Sports, Farma Química SUR, La pajarita de Andrés and Cruzado Informática, as well as FAB Málaga and AEEB.
